Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required. Applied automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is up to 10 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your city or state and carrier availability. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number. You can also track directly at 17track.net. Haven't received your tracking number? Contact us at contact@vexory.store if it hasn't arrived after 3 business days.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us at contact@vexory.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once it's been processed and shipped, we're unable to make changes or cancellations.
Does PULSE require a subscription?
No. All health features — HR, HRV, SpO₂, sleep, recovery, stress, sport modes — are included with the ring. No monthly fees, no paywalled metrics. One purchase, full access.
Which finger should I wear PULSE on?
For best accuracy, wear PULSE on your index finger. Your middle or ring finger also works well. The sensors need consistent contact with your skin, so avoid fingers where the base is significantly narrower than the knuckle.
Is PULSE waterproof?
Yes. PULSE is IP68 rated and tested to 1,000 meters depth. It's safe to wear in the shower, pool, ocean, and sauna.
What health metrics does PULSE track?
PULSE monitors heart rate (24/7 BPM + HRV), blood oxygen (SpO₂), skin temperature, sleep stages (deep, REM, light), recovery, stress levels, steps, calories, and 100+ sport modes via its 3-axis accelerometer.
Is the health data medically accurate?
PULSE is designed for personal wellness tracking, not medical use. It is not an FDA-approved medical device and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical decisions.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vexory.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and make it right as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Contact us at contact@vexory.store with your order number to start the process.
